Snap Send Solve

I've been using this app on my phone for a while now and the last 3 times I did the (hold onto your hats) council were quick to fix the issue; this has not always been the case. For example I sent off an issue about the debris buildup on Tannum road on Monday and today it's been swept today!
The app is easy to use but just remember to turn on the GPS on your phone first while you use it. The GPS gives the location but also finds the right council to send it to. Once you open the app it's pretty straight forward, select your issue (clearly cycling related) and then go to notes, this is where you give them detail on the issue and I add more specific location details. You can then 'Snap' a picture of the issue or add one from your phone already. From there you submit and it will prepare an email ready to send to the council, you just have to hit send. Done.
