Rides for this weekend will be…..Saturday out at Calliope McDonalds
(better coffee) and not the IGA leaving at 6am sharp for a hundy (or whatever
distance you want to ride). The Dam ride will be on leaving the Tannum coffee
club at 6am for the usual 40-50k’s. Saturday afternoon racing at Alton Downs
(near Rocky) will be an ITT with the first rider away at 2pm.
For Sunday the usual Surf Club ride with the start time reverting
back to the 7am start; if you didn’t already know.
Of course the Thursday roll is on tomorrow at 5pm from the
Tannum Surf Club and is a great ride for new riders to come along.
The first run of embroidered
Polo shirts is underway and should only be a couple of weeks away for those
that placed an order.
I'm sure most of you have heard the adds on the radio informing everyone of the metre rule coming in on the 7th of April, I think this could be an interesting time for cyclists and motorists alike. If you don't already have a camera it might be time to start thinking about one if you feel passionately about the subject.
